Case Study: Maximizing Facebook Through Multiple Ad Sets

THE CHALLENGE

During the past few months, New York City Real Estate has experienced a turn, with residents fleeing the city to move to suburban areas in outlying areas. The recent span of events have unfortunately made it difficult to market New York as a place of interest for those looking to move to a new city.

 

The Stacey Froelich Team’s challenge was being able to sell both life in NYC and their listings without having to substantially decrease the price. 

THE JOURNEY

A Lead Generation Campaign was chosen as the objective for this endeavor on Facebook. By choosing this objective, we are able to compile and organize incoming leads in the Lead Center attached to The Stacey Froelich Team page. Additionally, the potential lead would not need to leave Facebook in order to express their interest in the listing, maximizing the possibility of a form submission due to convenience.

 

6 Ad Sets were created specific to the listings marketed through the Lead Generation Campaign. Within the ad sets, retargeting audiences were also created to maximize conversions.

THE OUTCOME

In 15 days, we have been able to acquire 464 qualified leads at a cost of $0.52 per lead interested in the listings our client was selling.
